Memories of Christmas

Normally 12th night would be slightly forlorn, taking the tree down and everything. But I had to go out in the rain, and on catching a bus, discovered I had such a distinct bouquet of dog and farmyard that people were edging away from me.

That reminded me of how much I enjoyed December, with Munich and the stables at Tollard. It also reminded me that I need to get this coat dry-cleaned, pronto.
