I know why. So I rattled some coins, tried the Modern Poet's I Ching and got this:
#HEXAGRAM 11 PEACE
SHE WAS TRANSPARENT
When the fortune teller
Took off her
Many-colored memory,
I was comforted to see
She was transparent.
Which is kind of fun, though I am not sure it means much. Last night the wind howled around the window panes, a nice rattling, always makes me think of billowing sails and the sea. I couldn't sleep for ages but it was a nice sleeplessness.
I wish I felt more peaceful right now.
