Delighted that he won! Not a follower of all his policies by any means, but I think he wrests the centre back where to it belongs, and I hope he will hold the government accountable because this function is a necessity of working democracy.They cannot just ride roughshod over the wishes of the many because if they lose to this man, they stand to lose a great deal; and they may tell themselves - and us - that it's a spectacularly small chance. But they say that as much to convince themselves as to convince the public, and the latter will be their aim until the next general election, to tell us all that he can't possibly win, and hope the British public believe, as they seem to believe everything.

I don't know if he can win or not. But if fear of him winning makes the government more truly mindful as opposed to grasping every penny for their rich mates, then it's all good.
