smokingbootTests show the ammonia levels in the tank are too high... so a fast is in order.
But if Rory2 has dropsy, he might as well have a fine meal before he dies, and if he's just constipated, a meal of water fleas may help, their crunchy wee shells being an aid to digestion . So in goes the daphnia, before I put the whole tank on a 3/4 day fast, cos 5 strikes me as extreme, especially with compromised water.
They all love waterfleas. Rory2 is showing no signs of illness as he chases fleas around and chows down. The tank is happy.
Come on, little fish. Do what comes naturally and here's hoping your shape improves. Right now you look like a cocktail sausage at a 70s party.
