Weekend gibberish

Blissed out state of the morning sort of passed, but it's weird - something feels put right in a major way, either in my head or out there in synchronicity land. I feel better than I have done for a few years actually. No idea why.
The weekend was fab. Excellent roleplay in a great environment with very cool chums. One thing about the weekend; A wondrous chum who's also a nurse, commented on my black mole of necromancy. She was happily tootled (as was I)and thinks the Eye of Sauron is on its way to turning nasty and that I should get rid of it asap. In fact, in the throes of white wine, she was giving it two weeks tops before it would start 'changing.' In the morning throes of sobriety, she still maintained I should have it removed fast.
Now the truth is, it has grown and changed, but to my mind, only a tiny bit. Larians has noticed it to the extent he has started measuring it to see if it is actually getting bigger - how bizarre is that? Evilwillow said she noticed it more than before. And I admit, I caught it on something the other day; it never stuck out like that before. Anyway, Nurse-chum made me promise to go to the Doc about it, and if he didn't agree to a lopping, to demand a second opinion. I went today even though this is my second visit to the doctor (Larians nagged me into the first one) re this blessed mole. Doc still says it's a fuss about nothing, but he's recommended me to the skin clinic anyway; 'They won't touch it,' He said, 'It's way too small. You're covered in freckles anyway.'
For once, I agree with the Doctor. Sauron's just playing up cos we're giving him attention.
Now I have to persuade Larians to put away that ruler...

Date: 2004-08-03 02:15 am (UTC)Frankly I don't care what your doctor says, the mole has changed, become darker and more raised in a short space of time. Whilst I don't get the feeling it will become nasty in the next couple of weeks like Jan does but I do think it needs to be looked at.
I see no reason why they can't remove it now rather than waiting until it has become an obvious problem.
*hugs*

To the Mole
Date: 2004-08-04 04:15 am (UTC)One Mole to rule them all
One Mole to find them
One Mole to bring them all
And in the darkness bind them
You, Mr Mole, have a date with some Liquid Nitrogen.
Its true, its Damn true!
