smokingbootI probably have about a week to 10 days of it being necessary to get fresh, to make the effort not to over-analyse or research, to get my head clear of old junk*.
What to do in that time?
There's a dinner party tonight, mates coming round tomorrow.
And after Sunday? No more social media than it takes to pop in to FB and say Happy Birthday to friends. I need to get out. I need to empty my head of words before I start to fill it again very soon. Having said that, I need to refresh my Spanish.
I am not a fan of de-cluttering, but right now it's necessary for my head and my work, and the best way to do that is to get my body busy.
