Summat's up.

The migraines are one thing and now... last night suddenly that chest pain again, crushing, nausea-inducing, like nothing else. Between 4 and 6 minutes of it; didn't know whether to call an ambulance because it just goes away, all the tests show nothing, and all I can imagine is GERD.

Oh but it has left me tired this morning, with a chest that feels bruised and sore. Yuk. I'm faint. Ridiculous.

I'm dizzy, I'm... unwell. Something really doesn't suit me and I don't know how to combat it. Pfff.

That definitely sounds cardiac-related.

Not that I'm a doctor or anything, but I'm wondering whether you might have blockages in the smaller blood vessels that supply the heart that they wouldn't necessarily test for in routine nuclear and echo stress tests. One can also have coronary artery vasospasms without having coronary artery blockages.

Hmm, thanks for that suggestion, I've never heard of them before. I think the medics have written off heart issues as a possibility because there were so many tests done, all of them clear. They have taken more blood to check for kidney/liver issues plus a couple of others, plus I've been given two sorts of medication. But if I want to go back down the heart route, what I should do apparently is wait for my next attack, get an ambulance who will then take me to A&E and do ECGs and whatever. That's when I will mention the possibility of coronary artery vasospasms, and ask them to test for them.
