RIP Anne Rice

Helped me a lot when I was a teen, inspired me and taught me not to be ashamed of purple prose.

The enchantment faded, as they do. But that may have been me changing rather than Anne losing her mojo.

Whatever it was, in its time, Interview with a Vampire lit me up.

So thank you Anne.
