smokingbootBad night, been up since around 1.30 am. R's having the most diabolical migraine. His hands are so cold. I think the last time he was like this was just after his Covid jab or booster, something like that.
Going over my journal I learn that I've been wrong about this tendonitis. Somehow I got it in my head that it started really playing up over Xmas. Old journal entries reveal me having intermittent problems since last June at least. Annoyed with myself, how did I just forget, just lose the the time? R pointed out that so much of last year was in lockdown, I would have had real problems getting a face to face appointment. I probably just hoped it would go away, and often it did. Now it's just not leaving, and I have to sort it.
But not today. Today I suspect there will be very little happening.
