Dreams, these dreams! So cluttered and strange. Many spiders creeping across a tiny little lawn, but they were clearing all the bugs away - and there were vast numbers of bugs. Russ and I finding ourselves at some leather shop which sold old saddles and signs a bit like those above pubs, with names and pictures on them, all based around the theme of the Old West. One was so old and battered I held it close to see the grain of the wood, the cracks and ages and stains of the thing. My father arrived at my house, late and breathless, then disappearing. Me cooking a meal for friends at the door; the food was going to be very good, but a bit late or they were early or something. Me desperate for a bath, clambering into some jacuzzi like business, but suddenly remembering I couldn't get my dressing wet - and at that very moment getting it utterly soaked.

I have much to read. Tamsin by Peter Beagle, Black Cloak; A Man of his Sword by W. James Chan, and a gift just received, Remedy by John Roedel. I still haven't read Demon Copperhead or A Face Like Glass, nor did I finish The City and the City. Everything takes effort.

Nonsense from my backbrain, sense from my aunt;

"Keep it up and soon you will be living a normal life, although it doesn't hurt to be pampered by your husband XXX Soon you will be able to take a little trip through through those worlds you like so much."

I'm having problems staying awake to wait for the gardener. But he'll come and go and then I'll sleep, travelling those worlds I like so much.
