Rain and Max Richter

It's that kind of day.

I should be working but find it hard to focus. Curiously sleepy, odd because I slept well. Maybe yesterday's farce took more out of me than I realised. And Memoryhouse is dream music, terrible for editing; it does not lend itself to sharp penmanship, the removal of too many commas and ellipses or the re-structure of a sentence. So really I should just turn it off, neck some caffeine and get on in silence. That's how I work best.

But I'm tired and the music is gorgeous.
