And away it flew

Meanwhile, I have a tummy upset with symptoms too ghastly to relate. I cannot eat or even drink without serious repercussions. It means I will not be able to attend the procession or the fair today. Very annoying.
Sitting here wanting to write, realising I can't. I was more useful this morning, i.e pruned two collapsing rose bushes, and pulled up some weeds from the thyme which is just beginning to flower. That was at 5. I can't have breakfast and even water is a gamble. So back to bed for me.
