Now another meme, because I am still drunk and still can't answer emails coherently:



1. Tell me something obvious about you.

I really enjoy writing, even when it's about nothing.

2.Tell me something about you that many don't know.

Believe it or not, I'm bloody marvellous at caving, without particular training or background. You get lost underground, I'm the one you want around.For no reason I can fathom, I'm really good at finding ways out/racing along bits of jutting wall/ finding sumps and streams. Call it the Gollum gene!

3. What is your biggest fear?

Injections - nurses tell me I go into shock when these happen to me. Don't know why, as I had lots of injections early, care of an RAF childhood, but still, it's painful and frightening at a phobic level.

4.Do you normally go the safe route or take the short cut?

There's a safe route? Come to think of it, I haven't found any short cuts either.

5.Name one thing you want that you can't buy with money.

How dare you force me to be so unoriginal! Love of course, the one and only.

6. What is your most treasured possession?

My imagination

7. What is the one thing you hate most about yourself that you do often?

My goddam-terrifying-evil-grudgeholding-no-credit-giving-cynical-
ready-to-rock-ready-to-fight-come-and-get-it-I-should-have-been-born-a-redneck-trucker-expecting-the-worst-and-grinning-when-I'm-proved-right-RAGE.

Because I come across as confident in myself, people tend to label me as a dom. That's not quite accurate - in so much as these labels denote anything at all, I'm a switch.

To quote maisiecat The only difference between a straight woman and a bi one is 8 bacardi and cokes, except for [smokingboot] who is straight. I'm afraid it's true. I can fall in love with a member of my own sex, but I have never yet been turned on by an XX.

10.What is your favorite lie to tell?

This isn't about you or It honestly never crossed my mind...

11.Name something you've done once that you can't wait to do again.

Back to the Himalayas, this time Everest base camp.

12. Are you the jealous type?

Yarr, if I am falling deeply in love. Once I have cottoned on to what is happening/am over my desire to have the Beloved intoxicated/obsessed with me, no.

13.What is the one person, place or thing you can't say no to?

Mighty be the powers that make Boot say no to flowers.

14.What is the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?

Unquantifiable. Too many have done too much - a lot of big time love and incredible generosity comes my way every day of my life. All I can do is be grateful for the quality of my friends.

15.If you could do something crazy right now, what would it be?

Kiss you.

16.When was the last time you cried?

The day before yesterday at the commemoration of the Battle of the Somme.

17.When was the last time you felt so good that nothing else mattered?

About half an hour ago, on my bed with my lover.

I would do, if people didn't get so weird about these things!
