I am fed up with Gordon.

No, not [profile] dr_sneaky, he's lovely! I mean that idiot in Downing Street. I don't like the extension of the powers of the police in the Damian Green business, Jaqui Smith is clearly a moron led by a cretin, and no, I don't believe the PM didn't know.

I am fed up with Gordon's latest ideas for bribing voters with my money. I am appalled by the multitude of made up crimes that now exist and am waiting for the one that makes it illegal for me to write this. This man is an idiot. Naughty Tony, putting vengeance on a twat before the good of the country!

I have supported Labour for most of my life, I recall with disgust the years of Tory misery in the 80's.

But I will not give Gordon Brown my vote.

I hear you. Shan't vote Tory, it just doesn't fit with my worldview. Can't with good conscience vote for Labour. Voted Lib Dem when I lived in Scotland, as it made an impact there. Now am so out of touch that I'm not even sure where or how to register and absentee ballot - and ugh, what's the point anyway? My parents live in William Hague's constituency. I feel my little yellow vote would be overwhelmingly blued.

I honestly don't know what the heck to do with my vote *gloom* guess I'll have to scour the kingdoms for a manifesto I can back/trust with some sense of principle and practical application.

I could be gone some time...

True, and in time all things change. I can't believe how disillusioned I am re British politics for now. But there will be better days and I'll believe again!

What gets me is that I used to be very Liberal/centrist, but these days I am so disillusioned by the cretins we have in parliament (in all parties) that I am getting more and more left wing.
Bring back Guy Fawkes-all is forgiven!

Democracy died with Thatcher and New Labour has actually been WORSE than she was, which I find unbelievable. The gap between rich and poor is now massive, real earnings have been going down not up with sub inflationary pay rises for all but the ultra wealthy fat cats, politicians all pay attention to same fat cats and ignore the people unless its to respond to inane tabloid stories by creating new laws we dont need, personal freedoms are disappearing at a rate that would make George Orwell shudder, and none of them have the faintest clue to manage the economy because they all believe the utter drivel that free market economics works when its obvious it doesn't.

The only solution is to get rid of the lot of them (preferably by throwing them all in jail) and start again.
