Thunder Summer

The weather over the last couple of days has really cleared the air; thunder at dawn, lightning in the morning, same again at night...There's a glad fierce freshness to it, and last night's storm was the best, like something waking up. Perhaps it's me.

This morning I look out of my study window, and see St Paul's gleaming far away, white and clean looking. My cousin and his girlfriend have been staying with us since mid-January, and move out today. We are supposed to be helping them, otherwise I would go adventuring.

These are better days. I wonder what will happen next?
