And suddenly time disappeared...

Leaving me running to stand still this Xmas. There's a whole bunch of Crimbo presents I still haven't bought/ordered, some friends I have promised to meet having been crap at social stuff all year, plus plus plus. A busy time. Good busy.

The good news is that I know exactly what to do regarding larians present, thanks to a kindly advisor who shall remain nameless for now. The bad news is, I have a hell of a lot to do generally, and shouldn't be on LJ at all. Still, so much of this diary has become about difficulties, it's sweet to talk about good times. ephraim and november_girl came down this weekend, bringing a pixie with them. Said pixie veered between winning Strictly Come Dancing on a ferry quay, manifesting as Thor in Selfridges, and wrestling poor Boot to the floor making her tap out repeatedly. We took the night boat down the Thames to get home, where larians homemade pie and crumble were waiting for us. It was a lovely weekend, and really felt like Xmas.


Now I can't put it off any longer. Time to shop.
