Discomfort

This morning stomach discomfort has been going on for a few weeks now. There wasn't much of it over the weekend, but that is because when Larians goes away I default to crap bachelorette and my meals consist of couscous and coffee.  This morning the dull ache is back, and this time it's enough to make me defer my trip to the gym until later today or even tomorrow morning. But the later I go to the gym the more crowded it's likely to be.

Mark's problems started like a minor gut rot. I've got to be sensible. So the appointment is made for next monday morning.
