Sleepless for no reason

I love rain at night, and open windows, cool air filling the bedroom.

My Lenten abstinence from FB is over, but a forty day absence has made me realise the limits of FB's positives. It's great for birthdays and events, great as life's scrapbooks and for keeping in touch, but I get a lot more done if I discipline myself to little or even no more than those uses for it. FB conversations are great but eat time and right now, there's a lot that needs doing.

So that's one lesson learned.
