Morning moon

smokingbootThe full moon has shone very bright for the past two nights but it didn't cheer me the way this morning does. The sky is a shoreline of blue and white and the moon is still hanging there in the west, distinct and delicate. It looks ridiculously close.
Today is fresh and cheerful, despite the fact I have too much to do. Happy first of september!
