Well damn. Safe to say it's been something of a strange day, with little reversible things going wrong. First, I switched off and forgot my password. All my local data disappeared. In my search for it, I found some stories I had forgotten, plus the drive with lots of stuff on it. Then I had to go to sort something out at the dentist, and in my desire for exercise, walked there. I was 6 minutes late, missed the appointment and, having annoyed my foot massively, limped home. Yes, idiot, yes. Fortunately they have offered me another appointment tomorrow.

Nothing has really gone wrong, in fact, some stuff I have forgotten reappeared. I'm sure there's a message in this somewhere.

Oh yes, and I tried some vegan salted caramel creamy bar. I am not going to say it was the worse thing I've ever tasted, but it's up there in the top five. Threw it away.

We need a word for the kind of circumstance/situation that feels just rubbish, but somehow ends up being good for you. That's where today is.
